COVID-19 POLICY

COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) POLICY

King Recruitment is committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all its employees, clients, candidates, visitors, as well as neighbouring communities. Therefore, management of Kings Recruitment are taking the outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) seriously.

To ensure a safe and healthy work environment, we are committing to work together with all our employees, clients, candidates, visitors and the surrounding communities.

We will be closely following the latest Ministry of Health’s advice about preventing COVID-19 and strive to promote good hygiene practises in the workplace and identify and manage any emerging risks bought about by the COVID-19 situation.

We are closely monitoring the situation and are taking the following steps to protect you and our team:

Our Visitors:

  • All visitors are required to wash their hands or used hand sanitizer as they enter our building.
We are using contactless greetings when meeting with clients and candidates, avoiding shaking hands.
  • Before confirmation of meetings candidates travel and wellness is qualified.
  • Upon entry, visitors are asked if they have travelled overseas within the last 14 days, and if they are feeling well.  If they have travelled are or not well, they are asked to leave the building and we will organise an interview via Zoom or Skype.

Our Environment:

  • Our daily cleaning procedures are already thorough, but we have significantly increased the frequency of sterilisation of all facilities. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Bathrooms
    • Kitchens
    • Door handles Stationery
    • All meeting rooms
    • All other surfaces
  • A zero-tolerance approach to sickness – if a Kings Recruitment staff member/driver is unwell, they will be sent home until they recover.
  • We have established and implemented space restrictions within our office environment.
  • We have enabled replacing face to face meetings with phone or video calls if necessary.
  • Our team are following preventative measures around hygiene including frequent and thorough hand washing and meeting room sterilisation.

Communication:

  • Constant communication between management and employees regarding good hygiene and health practices recommended by the Ministry of Health.
  • We are ensuring that any team members who should be in self-isolation are doing so in line with current government guidelines.
  • Employees have been encouraged to get the seasonal flu vaccine to protect our staff and others, as Covid-19 is most serious when other respiratory conditions exist. This will be reimbursed to the employees by Kings Recruitment.
  • Kings Recruitment has implemented the business plan to ensure our operations can continue without interruption and our customer service is not affected. We have established processes and systems to enable its employees to work from home.
  • The company will operate in full function as normal, if required to do so.

This is a rapidly evolving situation and Kings Recruitment is continually reviewing the conditions outlined in this letter, as required. In times such as these, collaboration and working together becomes even more important. To that extent, should you have any questions regarding our response to the Coronavirus pandemic, don’t hesitate to contact our team at any stage.
